That is Clean Label

Clean-Label

Clean label is in the proper sense of clear, clean and understandable declaration of food. Unintelligible jargon, and certain artificial ingredients to be banned from lists of ingredients and every consumer should be able to imagine the specified ingredients in something concrete.

Clean-Label

"Clean Label" also stands for natural ingredients with no artificial ingredients and chemicals.

Who defines “Clean Label”?

Clean-Label

Since the term "clean label" can not be protected, but also offers the chance to always determine a definition of consumer expectations matched. However, it should not be used (like previously done) as a purely revenue-enhancing additive.

How the consumer thinks

Clean-Label

In an almost impenetrable jungle of declarations we find so many consumers that cannot can not cope. How can anybode decide what is healthy and free of unnatural additives? Imagine this and perhaps the following questions may help you:

  • How do you feel when a whole-wheat flour is contained in a bun?
  • How do you find it, if one includes sodium stearoyl lactylate-II in a Danish pastry?
  • How do you feel when a Calciumdinatriumethylendiamintetraacetat is contained in a canned vegetable?
